"I normally don’t leave Google reviews, but I could not pass on my experience with this specific State Farm agency. I’m not a fan of shopping for car insurance but one night I decided to. I plugged in my information and by the next morning there was a quote in my inbox. This specific State Farm agency was so quick, efficient and professional that to be honest I never reached out to another agency. Not only did they beat my current Insurance agent but they were able to send me a one page quote with everything I requested, and let me know exactly how much I will be paying monthly with the six month premium attached, I repeat the NEXT MORNING!!! When I followed up with the agency, I spoke to a live person by the name of Kazmeir Savannah. She is not your typical insurance agent, it was like I was speaking to a friend that I knew for years. She customized a policy to suit my needs and after one or two tweaks we were done. I’m not just saying this, but this was literally the easiest transfer to a new insurance policy that I have ever experienced. From start to finish with Jeff initially responding and Kazmeir taking the lead and building the relationship, it was an extraordinary experience! For anybody who’s on the fence about car insurance this is your place! Thank you, Jeff and Kazmeir for all your help and for making my life a lot easier. I look forward to working with your Agency for years to come. Not all State Farm agencies offer the efficiency that this one has. I would definitely give it FIVE STARS!!!"

"My experience with this State Farm agency revealed a clear pattern of unprofessional behavior and zero accountability.
This State Farm agency has been the most unprofessional insurance office I have ever dealt with. I contacted them on two separate occasions — once after my car was hit while I was stopped at a light, and again regarding my homeowners policy being non‑renewed based on four claims that did not exist. I had only two, and I was trying to understand how false information ended up tied to a policy State Farm underwrote.
Instead of helping, the office manager repeatedly inserted himself into both issues unannounced, used a dismissive, superior tone, and blocked me from continuing to speak with the staff member who normally handles my homeowners insurance. On both occasions, he took over the conversation, set conditions, and then abandoned the issue entirely with no follow‑through.
One example: he refused to discuss my homeowners non‑renewal until I obtained a letter confirming I was not in litigation with the prior insurer — something I had already verbally assured him of. I still went out of my way to get the letter, sent it directly to him, and confirmed the office received it. After that, I received no call, no email, no acknowledgment, and no assistance. That time could have been spent finding an agency willing to help.
Their public response claims my requests were “not feasible” and that they made “consistent efforts.” That is not accurate. I was asking for help understanding a false claim count and assistance obtaining inspection reports tied to a State Farm‑underwritten policy. Being told they “couldn’t access” State Farm’s own records while I was trying to secure new coverage was unreasonable and left me without critical documents.
Their reply also brings up my auto accident, which has nothing to do with the issue. The problem was the tone, not the claim process. Explaining basic facts to me as if I didn’t understand — when I was rear‑ended at a stoplight — was unnecessary and unprofessional.
This office created delays, wasted my time, and provided zero meaningful support while I was facing the loss of my homeowners insurance. The pattern is clear: unannounced interference, a dismissive and superior tone, false conditions, no follow‑through, blocking communication, and no accountability.
With so many insurance options available, customers deserve better.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Their response reframes the situation as if the problem were claims handling, when the real issue was the office’s conduct, tone, and lack of follow‑through. The reply also omits key facts, including the delays created by their own conditions and the absence of any assistance after I provided the documentation they requested. Your account was escalated to our
office manager after requests that weren’t feasible within underwriting and claims guidelines, so he could provide clear and accurate information. We are not licensed to handle claims here in office and we referred you back to Homeowners Choice claims department regarding your inquiries seeing as they are the underwriting company, not State Farm.
For your auto accident, since you were rear-ended, your claim is typically best handled through the at-fault party’s insurance.
Regarding your homeowners policy, it is underwritten by Homeowners Choice Property Insurance Corporation—not State Farm. The policy was not originally written by our office hence why we do not have access to your documents pre dating 2023. Our office is the servicing agent and not the underwriting company. We’ve been in contact since December 2025 which is when we received notice of your non-renewal notice and did offer to help you secure new coverage, but updated inspections were required to move forward.
Inspection reports are the homeowner’s responsibility to keep. While we try to help when we can, providing those documents is a courtesy and limited to what we have access to. We still reached out to the carrier on your behalf.
We understand a non-renewal can be frustrating, but we made consistent efforts to assist throughout. If our communication missed the mark we appreciate you pointing it out.
