"We left our former homeowners insurance company of 16 years to move to State Farm, and Kazmeir lived up to everything you have ever been promised in the commercials. She helped guide us through the process of switching over (it was for a rental unit, so it was actually somewhat of a headache), followed up with me when I lost track of the next step, and basically made the whole experience enjoyable and friendly.
