"We left our former homeowners insurance company of 16 years to move to State Farm, and Kazmeir lived up to everything you have ever been promised in the commercials. She helped guide us through the process of switching over (it was for a rental unit, so it was actually somewhat of a headache), followed up with me when I lost track of the next step, and basically made the whole experience enjoyable and friendly. "While my previous insurance company (of close to 15 years) explained that it would take up to 3 days to pull up my policy information and another 3 business days after that to respond back with renewal options, David handled my policy with great integrity and efficiency. He answered all of my questions, including general insurance inquiries not related to my policy, and got me coverage with savings of over $250!
