"I got to be honest, I tend to be a person that falls into something and will tend to stick with it, even if it’s not in my best interest. So, when it came to possibly changing my insurance, it wasn't something I was looking forward to. But in my search for possible new insurance, I came across State Farm and the office of Jeff Thummel and his staff. I had made a call to inquire what options they had and just see if they could accommodate my insurance change. I was able to talk to a Victoria Moore, she did some digging into my situation and she was able to forward me to an Allison, and between these ladies… I was able to join the State Farm family. What makes it even more great for me, I was at work, and it’s a pretty intense situation, and these ladies walked me through step by step, with patience and professionalism. If not for these ladies and their top rate service, I’d be with my past insurance, which offered me less insurance at a significantly higher rate."
